Description: This is yet another special event map made for the Online Gamers Guild. With that
being said, it is intended for a Sniper war Frag Fest across a hudge Gordge. There
is no time limit as the only objective is to get points for your kills. Which would
be monitored by the Judges...(as well as anytime limit they want to set.)
So not good for pub servers persay, but righteous fun for Clan practices and or

---Installation---
Check your Main Directory and make sure you dont have a previous or duplicate version of ogg_snipers.pk3
If you do, delete them before installing this.
Unzip the ogg_snipers.zip file to your \Return to Castle Wolfenstein\Main" folder.
DO NOT extract the pk3 file within the .zip, or it will not work.

Known Bug/Issue:
The River will light very poorly if your graphics are set below anything "normal" It will appear as a giant white surface, otherwise with normal to high quality graphics, it looks right.

Total comments: 12 | Last comment: 10-17-2005 at 00:24 this map is ok, but it's too big and needs some more open areas. everthings cluddered and you'd find each other too fast with the low respawn. Sniper maps to me need to have places where you can hide, or be camoflauged (spelling?) but still see a threat, and also move around unseen. I'm not saying it's not a good map, it's very beautiful and probably one i'm gonna suggest for my clan's custom map rotation (i being a sniepr myself), but it's too basic.

those are some good points, but I found tons of sniper spots, you've just got to know how to look and how to get there. nice job 10/10
i agree, however the layout of the map was designed to 'have' visibility over a long range, no fog, etc.
get say 7 on 7 going, you'll see what happens.. 
criticism is always appreciated though!

sorry, 1 more thing...
To clarify, no their isnt really a problem with spawns as you can change the location in your menu. Besides they're all sheilded from snipers anyways, including routes out of the spawn. point being unless your camping, you won't see spawns, nor their initial movement to spots.
i still appreciate your critism but i don't agree, not because i made it, because i played 10 on 10 games, and it was great. you'll see if you can arrange that.

I have a few suggestions for if there will be another version.
- Put fog in
- Make it a bit bigger with a huge forest
- Put sewers under the ground leader to a waterfall/pipe flowing out each side
- have a rope/paracord like on the mountains where you can climb up the bridge from the water.
i never said it didn't have good sniping places, i found some quite easily when i looked over the map

Well this map is pretty useless if NO ONE HOSTS THEM! AHHH host them people! i wanna try out this map! sounds like a good one too
the map looks good but i have to agree with godofdeath;people cross the bridge all the time and wipe out your team.Admin doesn't pay good attention.For the rest it's great fun.
this map is ownage for 1 on 1 deathmatches. me & a mate were playin for 2 hours just killin each other. OWNED!!!
